Privacy Policy

We process account information you provide, such as email and username; profile information you choose to publish, such as display name, bio, photo and links; private contact information you choose to add; billing and subscription records; workspace information; and limited usage analytics needed to provide the Service.

Your username, display name, bio, avatar and active public links are public by design when your profile is active. Suspended or inactive profiles do not expose active creator content through the normal public profile experience.

Creator phone and email details are stored separately from publicly readable profile data. When follower-only contact is enabled, entering an email creates a pending follow request; it does not grant immediate access. Contact is revealed only after creator approval and secure server-side recognition of that approved follower state.

Link clicks may record timestamp, link/profile identifiers, referring hostname, broad device type and country code where available. Anvay Me is designed to avoid unnecessary storage of raw IP addresses for creator analytics. Analytics access is limited by plan entitlement.

We use Supabase for database, authentication and storage; Vercel for application hosting and eligible custom-domain infrastructure; ZeptoMail for transactional email; and a configured payment provider for Anvay Me subscription billing. Supported payment-provider architecture may include Cashfree, PayU, Razorpay or other providers. Each provider receives information needed for the relevant service.

You can update profile content and links, manage contact visibility, and use supported account settings for data export or deletion. Some records may need to be retained where required for billing, security, fraud prevention, dispute handling or legal compliance.

We use technical controls including authenticated server-side authorization, Row Level Security, separate private contact storage, limited public write surfaces, webhook verification, idempotency protection and audit records for privileged administrative actions. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
